REFUND POLICY

At TiARA, our aim is to provide an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. We hope that you love the products that you receive! But if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products, we accept returns on unopened and unused products for store credit only.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

*Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached.

*To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*If the returned item/s do not match the above conditions the order we will not be able to proceed with the exchange for store credit.

*If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping as part of your return.

*To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned for a store credit. 

*Exchanges (if applicable): we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a broken or damaged item, the claim must be made within 48 hours of the arrival of the package. Anything after that time period cannot be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to tiaradiscoverybay@gmail.com

STORE CREDIT

Once we receive your return, we will issue your TiARA account with store credit. If you previously checked out as a guest, we will create an account for you so that you can view your total store credit balance by logging into your TiARA account.
